# Uploaded files on the server disappear immediately

If you upload files to the server and they disappear immediately, this happens because the files are either infected with viruses or contain forbidden functions (such as symlink, shell, etc.).
When facing such an issue, please [open a ticket](https://my.host-age.ro/tickets/new/) specifying the exact path of the deleted files so we can perform checks.
