After creating an email address using the Email Accounts button in cPanel, follow the instructions below to set up the email account in Outlook 2010.

1. When you open Outlook 2010 for the first time, you will be asked if you want to set up an email account. Click Yes and then Next.

2. In this window, select the option Manually configure server settings or additional server types and then click Next.

3. In the next window, select Internet E-mail and click Next.

4. In this window, fill in all fields as shown in the image below, but use your own account details. Then click the More Settings… button.

5. Click the Outgoing Server tab and check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and Use same settings as my incoming mail server. Click OK to close the window, then click Next and Finish.
