.cn – You must send us by email a copy of the holder’s passport, and if the domain will be registered to a company, the company’s registration number is also required.

.de – Must be continuously hosted, otherwise it will be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

.hu – Hungarian authorities require the passport or ID card number of the person registering the domain. Activation may take up to 16 working days.

.gr – Activation may take a few days and is done manually by the Greek authorities.

.it – Must be continuously hosted, otherwise it will be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

.no – Can be registered by companies registered in Norway and by resident individuals. Individuals must be listed in the National Population Register with a national identity number. The holder must also have a Norwegian postal address.

.se – .se domains require a valid Swedish personal identification number for individuals or an organization number for companies. Even EU companies need a valid Swedish organization number to register .se domains (they must have a commercial presence in Sweden).

.us – The registration applicant must be a United States citizen, resident, organization, or a foreign entity with a presence in the United States.

For all other extensions, ID Protection activation costs €10/year.

🔸 GDPR automatically protects the data if the domain is registered to an individual or legal entity within the European Union – ID Protection is not needed in this case.
🔸 For the .eu extension, the holder’s name and email address are displayed.
🔸 For the .ro extension:
If registered to a company, the data is public in WHOIS.
If registered to an individual, no data is displayed.

Can I transfer an existing domain to Host-Age.com?

Yes. The process involves obtaining the transfer code (EPP) from your current registrar and initiating the transfer through our platform. Additional details are available on the domain transfer page.

Can I change the name of a web domain?

You cannot change the name of a registered domain. If the registered name does not meet your needs, you will need to register a new domain with the desired name.

Premium domains

Some short or attractive names (for example, those with 1–4 characters) are considered premium by the holders of gTLD extensions such as .app, .technology, .store, etc.

Even if they appear as available in WHOIS and the system allows the order, these names may have special prices set by the main registrar.

If you choose such a web name, we will contact you immediately after placing the order to inform you of the actual cost.

Prices for premium domains generally start at $300 USD.

For how many years can a domain be renewed?

The renewal period for a web domain name may vary; renewal can only be done a certain number of days before expiration and for a limited number of years.

For common extensions (.com, .eu, .net, etc.), renewal can be made for up to ten years.
