Open a ticket with the Commercial department for this purpose
The request must be made within 30 days from account activation
The money-back guarantee does not apply if the service was terminated by us due to violation of the Terms of Use
At the latest, by the next business day after receiving the request, the payment will be refunded using the same method as the original payment, either credit card or bank transfer.
