Unlike the email included in each web hosting package, the one in Business Email offers very large storage space. The email hosting packages include up to 600GB of disk space.
Any email hosting package can be used on as many devices as you want (computer, smartphone, or tablet). We recommend setting up email accounts using IMAP on all devices so that the email account stays synchronized across all configured devices. See the email client configuration guide page.
Yes, backups for all Business Email hosting accounts are performed automatically every night. Backups are stored on both local and external servers (Amsterdam) as follows: daily, with at least the last 7 daily backups and 3 monthly backups retained. Backup is included in the subscription—there is no extra charge for this service.
It is recommended to choose a Business Email package if you already have a web hosting package with us and the storage space has become insufficient, and the package can no longer be upgraded. Also, the cost per GB for email hosting is lower compared to the cost per GB in a web hosting package.Or if your website is hosted on a platform like Gomag.ro, Wix, Shopify, etc., and that platform does not offer email services.
