After creating an email address using the Email Accounts button in cPanel, follow the instructions below to set up the email account in Outlook Express.

1. Open the Outlook Express program

2. Hover over the menu to Tools and select Accounts… a window called Internet Accounts will open

3. Click the Add button then Mail…

4. A window will appear where you need to enter your name then click the Next button

5. A new window will appear where you need to enter your email address. Click the Next button

6. In the new window enter your domain name in both boxes then click the Next button

7. In this window enter your email address and password. If you don’t want to enter the password each time you send or receive emails, check the Remember password box. Click Next then Finish.

8. Double click on your email account and in the new window select from the menu the “Servers” tab. Enable the option “My server requires authentication” then click OK.
