If you have the Outlook app installed on your phone and already created an email address in cPanel, follow the steps below to set it up.

Outlook Mobile Setup Guide

  1. Open the Outlook app on your phone (iPhone or Android).

  2. Tap Add Account or the “+” sign.

  3. Enter your full email address (e.g., [email protected]) and tap Continue.

  4. If prompted, select IMAP instead of Exchange or POP.

  5. Fill in the following details:

    IMAP server settings:

    • Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: 993

    • Encryption: SSL/TLS

    SMTP server settings:

    • Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: 465

    • Encryption: SSL/TLS

  6. Username: full email address

  7. Password: the one set in cPanel

  8. Confirm and save.
