What does the transfer include?
In most cases, the account transfer may include:
- Website files (including subdomains, directories, etc.)
- MySQL/MariaDB databases
- Email accounts
- Cron jobs, SSL certificates, and other configurations
Is the transfer free?
The transfer is free if your current provider uses cPanel and the backup feature is active. In this case, we can perform a full restore on our servers at no additional cost.
If the provider does not use cPanel or backup is not available, we will review your account beforehand and inform you if the transfer is possible and what costs it may involve.

What do you need to do?
1. Place an order for a hosting package
Choose the package that suits your needs from our web hosting offer
2. Access the support area and open a ticket
After activating your account, open a support ticket from the client platform and provide the following information:
- The domain you want to transfer
- The current hosting provider
- cPanel access details (or FTP and phpMyAdmin if not cPanel)
- Any special requirements regarding the site structure

3. We take care of everything
Our team will verify the data, start the migration process, and keep you updated along the way. The transfer duration varies depending on the account size and the access speed to the source server, but generally takes between 30 minutes and a few hours.
How do you check the site after the transfer?
After the transfer is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. You can check the site using the hosts file to test it before DNS propagation or by waiting for the domain to update (if you have changed the nameservers).
Encountering issues?
If errors appear, the site does not work properly, or some functionalities are missing, please write to us in the same support ticket – we will investigate and fix the problem as soon as possible.
Recommendation: You can use PHP X-Ray after the transfer to analyze site performance and identify any slow scripts or excessive resource usage.
