If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the services associated with your account (hosting, email, domains, etc.) can be automatically suspended by the system. Here’s what this means depending on the type of service:
🔒 1. Suspension of web hosting service
- Your website will no longer be accessible online (visitors will see an error or a suspension page).
- Your files, database, and received emails will NOT be lost.
- Emails sent to your addresses will be delivered and stored, but you won’t be able to access them until reactivation.
- After paying the invoice, the service will be automatically reactivated, and full access to your data will be restored. We recommend paying online by card so services reactivate automatically.
🌐 2. Domain suspension/expiration
- If the domain expires, the site will no longer be accessible, and emails sent to that domain will be rejected (they cannot be delivered).
- Emails lost during this period cannot be recovered after domain reactivation.
- Some domain extensions may have additional reactivation costs (e.g., .eu domains).
- If the domain is not renewed within a certain period, it may enter a “redemption” period or become publicly available.
ℹ️ What to do
- We recommend paying invoices before the due date to avoid interruptions. You have 15 days to pay an issued invoice.
