Domains are activated only after the payment reaches our account (if the payment is not made by card or PayPal). Between the time of online ordering and payment receipt, the ordered domain remains available and can be registered by someone else. The exception is .ro domains, which are reserved at the moment the order is completed (if the form was correctly filled out).
Recommendation
When registering domains, we advise paying by bank card as this allows the domain to be activated automatically.
